For Children & Adolescents
Intensive In-Community (IIC) Services
Creating Change Counseling Center provides Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapeutic services designed to support children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
IIC services are individualized, strength-based, and delivered in the youth’s natural environment, including the home, school, or community, to promote stability, skill development, and improved family functioning.

- Impulse control concerns
- Family conflict
- School-related challenges
Our Approach
Our licensed clinicians utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each youth’s needs, which may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Trauma-informed care
- Emotional regulation skill-building
- Social skills development
- Executive functioning support
- Parent coaching and family collaboration
- Crisis prevention and safety planning
We work closely with caregivers, schools, and care management organizations (CMOs) and (CMRSS) to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive support system.
Who We Serve
IIC services are available to youth and adolescents who are eligible through the Children’s System of Care. Services are typically authorized through PerformCare and coordinated with the family’s assigned Care Manager.

Our goal is to strengthen coping skills, improve emotional expression, reduce behavioral crises, and support long-term stability within the family and community.
