Intensive In-Community Clinician

JOB TITLE: IIC Clinician (Per diem work-subcontract) 

OFFICE LOCATION: 181 J Howard Blvd, Mt. Arlington, NJ 07856 

SERVICE LOCATION: Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Sussex Counties 

HOURS: Part-time, Full-time, Flexible 

As an Intensive in Community Clinician, you will: 

● Provide therapeutic services to children and families in their home 

● Will be responsible for the provision of “Face to Face” clinical behavioral stabilization 

● Provide supportive interventions, psycho-educational, skills training, advice and counseling services designed to assist youths and/or their families to strengthen and develop the coping skills they need to restore or maintain the youth’s capacity to function in the community 

● Focus on child assessment, treatment planning, and quality care 

● Monitor, record, and document observations 

● Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision 

● Participate in Child and Family Team meetings 

Requirements/ Qualifications: 

● Valid New Jersey License for Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Marriage, and Family Therapist. 

● Applicants must pass a background check. 

● Valid NJ Driver’s License and an insured vehicle is required and clean driving record 

● Experience working with children is a plus 

● Bi-lingual is preferred but not required 

● The position offers flexible hours; pay will be based on qualifications. Services are provided in an in-home setting; therefore, you must have availability that allows you to work evenings and/or weekends.
